All Kids Closet at 6555 Willow Springs Road, La Grange Highlands, Illinois.

I was in this store on Saturday (11-11-17) and as someone who has worked in retail for many years, I feel compelled to write this review because the level of disrespect I observed from other customers was appalling. I witnessed a Mexican mother and her adult daughter (who had a kid of her own) be extremely rude and disrespectful to the cashier. They questioned the price of everything that she rung up. They were practically yelling at her. The cashier swiped her card said thank you and gave it back. The mother said thank you and because the cashier didn’t say anything back to her she said it again even louder with an attitude. I am not sure what she was expecting the cashier to say because she had already said thank you. Not sure why people act like this. I hate that customers assume that cashiers are beneath them and that they can treat people like that for no reason.
I did not get this cashiers name. All I know is she had very long brown hair and she was absolutely great. She went out of her way to help me shop for a snowsuit for my daughter who was being very rambunctious in the store. When I checked out my kid was drawing all over the paper on the counter and going behind the register. Instead of telling my daughter that she couldn’t be back there the cashier interacted with my kid and despite my apology after apology she just kept telling it’s fine and not to worry about it as she saw me struggling to control my kid and find my credit card at the same time. She was so nice. She even let my daughter rip off the receipt and ask me to sign it. My daughter is already asking when we can go back because she wants to see the girl with the long hair.
Overall this store is wonderful. Extremely clean and organized! Smells great too! And the staff clearly goes above and beyond!!! Love this place!!!
